Bile synthesis: Bile is made by the liver and stored in the galllbladder for later release during digestion. Any obstruction to bile outflow can cause bile to accumulate in the liver where it can be toxic, and then it will also build up in the blood and cause jaundice and other problems. Your question is a bit vague, i hope this helps.
