Clicking and pain in flexing right foot. what does this mean?

Hard to say: Without an examination, it is difficult to answer. The clicking sound may be normal, but the pain with flexing may be related to the ankle joint and/or pull of the anterior leg muscles. Go to a foot and ankle specialist to get examined.
