Hard: Hard one to get rid off. Needs some time i/v medicines for long time. Keep shoes dry, put purple dye ( gentian violet with q-ip 2--3 times ady. Gallon of water and 1/4 tea spoon ful clorax and soak feet while sitting in open air outside the house for 5 min. . Air dry shoes hot air.
