The tsh: Is definitely elevated and abnormal for anyone, particularly someone who is pregnant. It needs to be confirmed and treated with brand name T4 replacement immediately. The glucose is also high and needs to be discussed w/the doctor. Repeat thyroid blood tests during pregnancy as needs can change during that time.
