All lupus blood tests negative but have all the symptoms. pcp agrees. seeing lupus doctor in 1 month. is it possible to have lupus with negative labs?

Rarely: There is a rare individual who may have ANA negative lupus. However, if the ANA is negative, the ssa is often positive. I have personally not seen a true ANA negative lupus patient in years.
