No: There may be an adverse reaction to the injection or possible bruising or excessive injection or undesireable results or infection but development of "disease" is not considered a general risk of fillers, injections are generally not advised in patients with auto-immune disease but this is not an absolute contra-indication. You should discuss your concern with the injecting physician.
