Usually: Most of these training courses will not allow those without the appropriate degrees/certifications/education to even attend. Depending upon your state, physicians, physician assistants, rns, lpns, and arnps are allowed to attend and perform these injections.

No: No, you don't have to be a doctor or a nurse to receive training. However, only doctors, nurses, and physician assistants can perform these procedures. So unless you're doing it for a purely educational purposes, it would be a waste of your time and money to go through the training courses.

Depends: It's not illegal to get education. Using that education is regulated by each state. You might be able to find a course that will let you attend and listen, but you probably won't find a course that will let you stick a needle in a person with or without Botox in the needle.
