Difficult to say: If you're hydrosalpinx was due to an acute case of pelvic inflammatory disease, i would consult with your doctor to see if that condition has resolved before resuming intercourse. Also a lot of the times swollen blocked tubes are caused from an infection that may be sexually-transmitted. Consider always using barrier contraception until trying to conceive.
