Absolutely: You should be under the care of a rheumatologist to treat his disorder. I see you are currently taking sulfasalazine. If this is not adequate, discuss the possibility of starting a tnf agent with your doctor. You want to treat aggressively to prevent irreversible calcifications in the spinal ligaments.
