symptoms include: loss of appetite weight loss and increase in bowel movements - what are these symptoms of? i'm a 29yr old female otherwise healthy

You are NOT : Healthy since these symptoms are probably those of ibs. Commonest cause is lousy diet but it could be the beginning of inflammation. Try first by getting rid of all forms of sugar and sweeteners. Other potential causes are milk and milk products and gluten.
