Concusssion: Is he drowsy and wants to sleep? Do his pupils react equally to light? Is he vomiting?If there is any doubt about his condition head for the er.

Diagnose concussion: The hallmark of concussion is an altered mental status (level of alertness and responsiveness). Look for a change in behavior or difficulty following directions. Look for any change in his ability to carry out his usual tasks.
