Can stress cause you to stay wake, and lose sleep?

Yes: Yes constantly worrying, stressing, or an anxious feeling can keep you awake at night. What most people with this issue will stay up at night thinking about the issues constantly while they lay there in bed. Making lists and tackling the items one by one that are stressing you out and understanding and accepting when you can't control some things is also helpful. Progressive relaxation is helpful.
