No: Leaky gut is probably a real component of a few genuine diseases, but I am very skeptical that it is prevalent, and after 20 years, its proponents haven't convinced mainstream medicine. Yeast is normally found in stool. If someone has told you that its presence indicates disease, consider reporting that individual to the appropriate licensing board. Perhaps there is a misunderstanding.
