Various: Widespread sharp shooting pains and tingling are nonspecific symptoms. In a twentyies female thoughts of #fibromyalgia, thyroid problems, and hyperventilation arise. Absent feverishness, emergent evaluation would not seem needed. A primary medical doctor can properly evaluate. Past injuries, weight changes, and chronicity are important in diagnosing.
