Which type of medicine is the best for anti-diarrhea. dose flagyl is being the best?

Depends on what : Type of diarrhea. Flagyl is an antibiotic which helps treated diarrhea caused by certain infections and parasites. It does not treat other forms of diarrhea. For symptomatic treatment, Lomotil and Imodium (loperamide) are the usually ones used.
