Any of the following: Twisted appendix testis or appendix epididymis, mild epididymitis (head of epididymis lies on top of testis), small cyst of epididymis, intermittent torsion (twisting) of testis. Consult your primary health care provider if pain or tenderness persists. Unlikely to be serious.
