BRBPR: You may have painless hemorrhoids that started bleeding from straining the first time around and subsequently noticed it. Hemorrhoids are the most common cause of minimal painless bleeding. Fissures can also cause bleeding but usually have discomfort with defecation and wipe. Other causes are certainly possible which your doctor can discuss with you. Keep your stools soft and this may help.
