Air in sinus: You blew your nose and experienced a snapping feeling that was in the upper part of your head. You state the MRI was clear. You possibly pushed mucus into the maxillary sinus. In itself no harm. It is unusual to get an MRI for what you described. Follow with your primary care doctor over time for feeling to return to normal.
