PSVT vs PVC vs Afib: Go see your doctor now. If s/he isn't available, go to er. Skipping beats or irregular heart beats may be noticeable to some but should never make you tired or cause shortness of breath. Those symptoms warrant immediate evaluation, especially in diabetics.
