Infected ear piercin: Yes. However if redness and pus develops see your doctor for a bacterial culture and an antibiotic. Also, after you clean it with peroxide, put on a topical antimicrobial agent such as polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) ointment.

OK: Peroxide is only irritating it: stop. Polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) is a common sensitizer which does not help any infection. Are you sure it is infected? How is the other ear? See your dr.
