Number #1 or #2?: Urinary tract infections and enlarged prostate are rare in a 30 year old male, can not impossible and cause your symptoms. If your referring to defecation, conditions such as ibs come to mind. You want to discuss this with your doctor so he or she can perform an examination and possibility perform some tests to make the right diagnosis. Good luck.
