Yes: If you are having side effects however you should talk to your doctor to make sure that you are not taking too much and having low blood pressures. You can also check your blood pressure at home and show the numbers to your dr. Dividing Lisinopril into two doses is not an issue and may actually give you more even blood pressure control.
