Knee pain: There's no "diet" or special food to increase synovial fluid or regrow your cartilage/meniscus, for that matter. Of course, staying hydrated is always a good thing. Ideally, you should be examined to determine exact cause of knee pain. However, exercise to strengthen your thighs, eg quadriceps & biceps femoris are useful in improving general knee pain by reducing improper patellar movement.
