Depends . . .: You mentioned having a gastric issue but not a specific one. Pantacid dsr is not sold here in the states but appears to be a combination of Pantoprazole (ppi that cuts stomach acid) & dromperidone (antidopaminergic that helps w/nausea). Is it good? For what purpose? How many days can you take it? Better to get a diagnosis so that you can determine if it's even proper medication for your condition.
