Improve with time: The discoloration of your skin following the fungal infection is totally normal and will improve with time without any treatment.

Erythrasma?: Could be erythrasma which is a common cause of groin rash in men and which is often mistaken for a fungal infection. Treatment is simple, with antiseptics or antibiotics. Suggest see your GP to check exactly what's going on. More info on this link https://www.dermnetnz.org/topics/erythrasma
