Antifungal Cream: You can use over the counter anti fungal cream or a prescription antifungal cream, it usually is enough to clear the infection but recurrences are common due to persiperation in that area.Keeping the groin area clean and dry after bathing and putting dry underwears right away after swimming and not to share towels and clothing with others, avoid tight fitting clothes and use anifungal powder.
