Is it possible to get your period again after you jist got done with it? or possible pregnancy

Double period: If one was true period, the other one is not. It may be some sort of dysfunctional bleeding or something else, but not second period. The lining would not have grown back to shed again. If pregnancy is suspected, do a pregnancy test.
