If you have CHF.....: In chf, by definition, a normal blood pressure is hypertension. As long as you are asymptomatic, your BP reading is not bad. Magnesium has irrefutably been shown to reduce mortality in chf, especially by reducing fatal arrhythmias.

Ask your doctor: Not sure why you started with magnesium or what it's supposed to do for pain or swelling. Maybe you are on a diuretic and worried about losses, but Lisinopril helps the body hold magnesium, so you should be talking to your own doc about what you are taking including supplements.
