Low BP cardiomyopathy: I have dilated Cardiomyopathy, my BP is 87/47 and I have a headache. I'm currently on lisinopril and carvedilol. Should I be concerned about the BP? ANS: may be part of the weakened heart of cardiomyopathy. I would discuss with your team there.
