Burning pain in your: Stomach suggests gastritis/ stomach wall inflammation which can be aggravated by nsaids/ Motrin which u are taking. Clear vaginal discharge could be normal secretions. See your gyn if it's persistent, getting more copius and becoming foul- smelling. Best wishes!
