Dad on dialysis: Your attention to your father depends on his needs. If your father can take care of his activities of daily living, you make not need to take a lot of time helping. If this is not the case, speak to the social worker at his dialysis center to see if any assistance can be given to him. When he goes to dialysis, if he is transported to his center, you can have some free time to tend to yourself.
