Discuss with doctor: If your dad is on dialysis he has a kidney doctor following his case and they can answer any and all of your questions. Many dialysis facilities also have nurse pas or nursing coordinators who are familiar with all these issues and can respond to your inquiries, if your father agrees to let them share info with you.
