How can i sedate myself during mania when it's near impossible to sedate me have tried dozens of meds including tranqs and seraquill and many others?

ECT?: It sounds like your mania is very challenging for you. Has ECT been considered? This can be very helpful when medications have not. In addition Clozaril (clozapine) can also be very helpful if you haven't tried this yet. I hope this answer helps.
