Not enough info: Seroquel (quetiapine) is an atypical anti-psychotic medication with lots of psychiatric uses. Its one of a generation of medications that are both powerful in their effectivness and less problematic in terms of potential side effects as the medications they have replaced. There will be side effects from discontinuation and for that reason we taper the drug slowly to minimize this. Celexa is an antidepressant.
