Check with Dr: Your dr needs to confirm that pain is indeed from a sinus infection if it is a virus and not bacteria the antibiotic wont help it is approaching allergy season antibiotics eont help that eitherare you taking decongestants like pseudoeffidren that might be causing the palpitations since you are diabetic with elevated cholesterol check that with your dr as well.
