No. Is what embarras: Normal prostate size varies w/age. Depending upon your reference, normal is less than 30ml (cm3) w/large being >40ml. Next, is what embarrassing? Prostate size? Who's going to know? Who cares how often you go to wc (toilet)? Who's monitoring you? If you're really worried, avoid coffee, tea, soda etc w/caffeine which is a diuretic (water pill). If still worried, there are medications to decr freque.
