Depends: The overall number of total motile sperm is good but there are other parameters that can affect the sperm such as the quality of the movement , number of " round cells" etc.. 51 millions if total motile sperm overall is a very good number and if considering sperm alone it is overall sufficient for a natural pregnancy.
