Gaining Weight: Consult with an exercise physiologist who can design a weight resistance plan for you, accumulation of muscle should add weight to your physique. Also increase your intake of protein, have two shakes a day with at least 15 grams of protein in each. Maintain a plant based diet and if possible meet with the exercise physiologist for training once a week until you improve. Best wishes.
