Adverse reaction?: You did not mention the name of the antibiotic you are taking. The pain you are experiencing may or may not be related to the antibiotics. The antibiotics may have killed much of the healthy bacteria in your gut and allowed the growth of other types that may have caused these symptoms. Check with your doctor to see if that is a possible effect, if not then get checked if these pains continue.
