Yes: Breasts respond to the hormones of pregnancy with swelling and sometimes extreme 'sensitivity'. Perhaps one breast is more 'aware' than the other of your impending pregnant status.

Breast pain: You could have painful swellinf from the hormone changes. Cut out caffiene, chocolate and take some antioxidant vitamins.
