There is help: There is help available to you, see your physician for appropriate treatment. If they don't feel comfortable treating it they will refer you to a psychiatrist. You are not alone, you don't have to just live with it. There are also books on amazon that teach you how to cope with it. Your psychiatrist if you choose to see one may refer you to a psychologist who also can teach you how to manage it.

Panic Attacks: Panic attacks can be very frightening, if they are persistent you would really benefit from seeing a mental health professional who can help you perceive more accurately as anxiety and panic is often caused by misperceiving situations and interactions.
