What to expect after 4 years of hestorectomy with no meds?

No meds=no hormones?: Your question needs more clarification. Are you stating that you had a hysterectomy 4 years ago and they removed your ovaries too (an oophrectomy)? And you're wondering about the fact that you've not been exposed to any estrogen for 4 years? Hysterectomy means they removed your uterus only. The uterus doesn't make hormones, so removing it doesn't change your hormones. Ask the question again.

Variable: The extent and acute onset of symptoms depends upon whether your ovaries are removed at hysterectomy. Menopausal symptoms are almost immediate if ovaries are removed. However, even with ovaries left intact, menopausal symptoms are likely to occur.
