Pregnancy Norms: Nope. This is not a common condition associated with early pregnancy. If you are not improving you may want to see attention at the doctor's office. Also remember that all pregnant females are advised by their OB to have a prenatal book. Some even provide this to their patients. Morning sickness: Early pregnancy can cause stress on the digestive system. Morning sickness is common. Avoid spicy food, caffiene, or alcohol. Do not take asa, or Motrin as they irritate the stomache , drink milk and check with your ob/gyn doctor what else you can do.
