Groin itch: Masturbation doesn't normally cause itching of the genitals. I would look for another cause. You mentioned he's been to the hospital but it doesn't help as no work up data has is reported. I would like for skin infection (fungal) and systemic disease (blood related problems) or metabolic causes such as diabetes.
