Which works better with tretinoin, topical erythromycin or benzoyl peroxide?

Either should help: My usual sequence is to try benzoyl peroxide, then topical antibiotics (erythromycin is a good one), then topical tretinoin (they can be used in combination or separately). The tretinoin and benzoyl willl both dry your skin out. It depends on how severe your acne is and how sensitive your skin is.

May vary by person: The effectiveness of various treatment regimens will vary by individual and sometimes best determined by trial and error. I would recommend the tretinoin and benzoyl peroxide because resistance to the later is less likely than erythromycin.
