Skin dryness: Skin dryness is a common effect when Retin-A is used even at normal dosing. I doubt any effect from the topical erythromycin. Sometimes reducing the total hours left on the face or reducing the strength of the med can help, or using it every other day. If you are happy with the overall improvement in your skin, you may want to just work with it & try some hydrating agents during the day.
