That depends: If your toe looks deformed, if color is blue or gray, if the skin in broken with an underlying fracture, if the toe is angled in the wrong direction, if you have lost sensation in your toe - please see a podiatrist or an orthopedic surgeon. An open fracture could require medication, some fractures may need to be reduced & compound fractures may require surgery. Elevate the toe. You can use nsaid's.
