That has to be both: Frightening and frustrating. I encourage you to take the next step & get professional help. Seeing a psychiatrist would be a good place to start. You will likely need a medical evaluation to rule out any contributing medical issues. Medications could be indicated. Talking therapy is very important. Please get help now, so that you can start to feel more comfortable & in control of your situaition.
