SZ, psychosis, insom: Massive and rapid stimulation of the brain with sudden release of dopamine, serotonin, & noradrenaline neurotransmitters may precipitate seizure, psychosis, confusional state, hyperpyrexia, cardiac arrhythmias, and death.

Same as a woman: Amphetamine overdose is either accidental or intended. Usually worst thing that happens is insomnia, agitation, tremors, rapid heart beat. Possibly seizures or hallucinations. And one granddaddy of a headache. Methamphetamine is another problem entirely. One doesn't need an overdose of meth to die. Just regular abuse will do it.
