If : If you are having bothersome symptoms 3 weeks might be too long and i'd ask to move the appointment up o go to the hospital for evaluation. Otherwise, unless you have been told you have a very aggressive lymphoma like burkitt's, many lymphomas are slow growing and 3 weeks until an appointment could be ok. I wish you the best.

Probably OK: It depends a lot on the exact type of lymphoma. If this is not a very aggressive type like burkitt lymphoma or lymphoblastic lymphoma, it may be okay for you to have your oncology appointment in 3 weeks, but the sooner the better.
